The Ristoro was restructured under the guidance of a team of architects in 2014. And today, the interiors are more congenial than ever, with elegant boiseries, exclusive wooden tables, and soft lighting.
A space just for you and your dining partners. A polyvalent space for participating in the special events we organize – or for celebrating special moments in your life. Our dining areas can accommodate parties of up to 150 guests.
AN OASI OF RELAXATION AND PLEASURE
The restaurant’s warm and welcoming atmosphere, the unique views from its garden and the refined setting will make your evening unforgettable. At sunset the shadows of the abbey draw fascinating shapes on the stone walls, blackbirds from the tower are silhouetted as they swoop towards the garden, creating flight lines that spellbind and bring you back in time, almost so you can hear the sounds of the horses who once occupied the old stables.

The garden of the Ristoro L'Antica Scuderia restaurant has incredible views. Rows of vines and cypresses make unmistakable silhouettes against the sky, that are typical of the Tuscan landscape. The smells and colours of sunset are a real work of art that deserves to be appreciated in the company of a good red.
